I have also entered this card into Passion for Promarker
challenge which runs till Jan 4th the theme is also

I used my promarkers to colour her in.
The papers are DCWV Nana's Nursery.
The sentiment is from LOTV.
I have used a Martha Stewart heart punch and branch punch.
Prima flowers and the ribbon is from stash.

This will probably be my last entry before
Christmas so to all my blogging friends out there have a
Merry Christmas and a Happy new year.

Hurray we've had snow!

Hi all Hurray we've had snow and not just a dusting,
proper full on big fat everything covered snow.
Here in Lancashire we always seem to miss out so this is fab.
It would snow though on the very day the kids broke up from school
my son has been praying for it for weeks so he could get a day or
two off school go figure.

Anyway on to my card this is for LOTV challenge 77
There is a sketch to follow from Dena.
I'm also entering this into Magical Monday Challenge
the theme is a Fairytale Christmas.

I have done another Christmas one although I've sent all my cards,
i think this is going to be my last one,
cause I'm all Christmas carded out.

The fairy stamp is LOTV of course so is the sentiment.
i have coloured her with copics and glitter pens.
The papers are from papermanias Silent night paper pack
and gold mirri card.
I have aged the edge of the image with Antique Linen
distress ink.

My son has just got up and gone straight outside no
breakfast or anything that will probably be him gone
for most of the day.
Thanks for stopping by

Winter Birthday

Hi all hope you are well, last week of term kids are
ready for their break.
Are you all ready for Christmas i think i have
bought all the presies, not got any food yet though.

My Uggs are fantastic I've not had them off my feet
since my birthday. Snug, warm and cosy I'd sleep in them if i could lol.

This weeks Papertake Weekly challenge theme is

CHRISTMAS BIRTHDAYS

We want to see birthday cards using cool colours. This week
we are sponsored by Wiff of Joy.
Here 's my card.

I have used Cosy and warm Tilda this is one of my
favourite winter Tildas.
She is coloured with copics.
The sentiment is from LOTV.
I have made the background by using my Feather stamp from
Clarity stamps and a pale blue chalk ink.
I went mad with the die cuts, i have used
Marianne Creatables
Snowflakes, doily frame and Circle and flourish.
The centre of the snowflakes are flower
stickers i had and i have dabs of Glitter
here and there (of course).

Oh well I'm off to have my brew now I've got Beth
at home as well she's a bit poorly which is a shame
because she missed her Christingle Service last
night and it's her Christmas party at school today.
Never mind bless her cotton socks.

Red and Green must not be seen

hi all wow woowo did you see corrie last night i was on
the edge of my seat. We have been debating for weeks who's
going but it's great not knowing for sure, can't wait for tonight.

On to my card this is for this weeks Papertake Weekly challenge
we have the theme
Red and Green must not be seen.

This week we are sponsored by WOJ.

I have dug out one of my Sarah Kay Christmas stamps from last year,
i love this image its one of my favs.
I have used Greys and dusky pink and
coloured her with copics.
I have also coloured in the poinsettia corner stamp in
the same colours four times cut them out and
arranged them round the image.
As always went mad with the glitter but you can't really
have a Christmas card without lots of glitter.

Apologies for the photo it looks a bit dull.

Thanks for looking and pop over to
Papertake weekly and have a go.

Hanglar Tealight card

Hi all hurray we had a sprinkling of snow, although it only lasted
an hour it was big fat proper snow.
That has been it though, we've had rain and most of it has gone now.

So I've kept in the warm and had a go at making a
Tea light card. Quite tricky I've never made one before
and had to do a bit of tinternet searching to see
how they are made.

This is for the Lovely Hanglar only challenge.
Once i got some instructions i really enjoyed
making this. Everything fitted perfectly.

I made a separate card and attached it to the
Tea light bit, although now it's a bit to big to go into an
envelope, so I'll have to keep it to go on my mantelpiece with all the
other cards I've made and love so much i can't part with.
Sad or what (don't answer that).

The stamp is one of the Hanglar Christmas range i just got off eBay.
I have coloured her with copics.
Papers are from Papermania Silent Night paper pack.
Sentiment is from Lili of the Valley one of the new
circle stamps, stamped onto a nesti shape. I
then distressed it with Antique linen distress ink.

Bows made with gold ribbon.
faux brads were a different colour got my gold
marker pen and coloured them to match the circles
on the nesti shape.
Went made with the glitter glue well it's Christmas.
Tea lights cheap from Asda last year.

Now I've got this first one done and sorted
( First one always takes the longest)
i might make another for my Mum
with her favourite scented candles.

Thanks for looking
