Hanglar only

Hi all hope your week is going well, we had a fab day at the Trafford
centre on Monday, we were all tired though you can walk miles and miles
going around all those shops ( not that I'm complaining i love shopping).

Here she is one of my new Hanglar stamps what a joy to colour, they
stamp beautifully as well.
I found a challenge that is for lovely Hanglars Only and the challenge at the moment
is for an easel card that is not a square one.

I decided to chop up a pink spottie hand bag card and made a template.
Using a piece of plain card i made it into an easel.
Then i used the spottie card to decorate the front.
I coloured the hanglar girl with copic ciao's.
The sentiments are from LOTV.
ribbon and flowers from stash.

I think i might give this card to Beth it's her birthday next week
this would be right up her street.
so keep it a secret !!!

Think Pink

Hi all it's early for me this morn, but i had to get this card into blog land
before we go out for the day.
Kiddies have been nagging to go to the Trafford Centre in
Manchester for ages so that's where we're going.

My card today is for Just Magnolia there theme this week is
Think Pink.
You would be hard pressed not to know somebody
who breast cancer has not effected.
My mum went through it all this time last year, for the second time.
She got through it and is fine now.
But we recently found out that my Mother in law has it and is having her
opp beginning of Nov. so fingers crossed.

Anyway i have used ballet Tilda and a magnolia bench
and used my copics ciao to colour.
The paper is papermania rose garden paper pad.
doily from local craft shop, mirri board nesti shape.
The word Pink and the breast cancer ribbon both cut with my
pink slice and the Think Pink cartridge.
Flowers from stash, leaves Martha Stewart punch.

OK better go and get everyone up now
so we can get there for opening
hope you have a great day.

Trick or Treat

Hi all it's here at last the kids are on half term
they've been looking forward to this for weeks.
so have i!

The postie brought me a parcel this morn, i was lucky enough
the other day to actually browse eBay when Hanglar Stangler
had some stamps for sale. I had seen on other peoples blogs
that they sold them on eBay but every time i looked there was
nothing for sale. So when i saw these stamps i ordered them straight away.
I must say they are fab, really cute, i got set 11 the limited edition one.
So keep your eyes peeled they will be appearing here soon.

On to today's card as you can see i have been practicing my colouring
again. I have gone all Halloween there are quite a few challenges
this week withthis theme.
Crafts and me, Creative Inspirations
and i love promarkers has an autumn theme.

I have used spooky Tilda and coloured her with promarkers.
The paper, pumpkins and sentiment are all from Daisytrail digi
scrapbook files you use with serif digital scrapbook artist.
I have glittered in the windows and also in the pumpkins to make them
look like the have a candle in them.

right I'm off to school to pick the kiddies up now

LOTV challenge 69

Hi there here is my second card i made yesterday
i was a busy bee.
It is for the Lili of the valley challenge
there is a sketch to follow.

I have made and easel card it's only the second time
I've made one of these, i have also gone with a
Christmas theme to add to the collection.

The stamp i have used is from LOTV it's called
Carol Singing, i have used my Polychromos Pencils
to colour and blended with sansador and paper stumps.

I then inked around the edges of the image with
Black Soot distress ink to give a night time feel.
The papers i have used are from Craft Creations
and i have highlighted the word Season's Greetings
with glitter to use as a sentiment.
The snowflakes are cut from Marianne Creatables
dies and i have sprayed them with glitter from
Crafters Companion and added gems.
The leaves are from a Martha Stewart punch.

I picked up the crystal flowers form the wholesalers i go to
they look a bit like Christmas roses.
I went overboard and put two on the card,
I'll have to give this card to someone special,
or just keep it for myself.

OK thanks for stopping by today

Just Magnolia Challenge 77

Hi there just a quick post today, the card i have made
is for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge.
There is a sketch to follow

I have used Baking Tilda partly because i came across
some biscuit papers in my bit box
it keeps getting bigger and bigger so I'm going to try
to use some of it up.
The paper is from Joanna Sheen CD Roms i think the biscuit
one is from a Christmas CD the skeleton leaves is from
cottage garden i think.
I have used polychromos pencils and sansador to
colour in.
Used a nellies die to cut the image out
and edged it with walnut stain.
I made the crochet flower and used
Martha Stewart's frond punch for the leaves.
the sentiment and cupcake i have stamped on to
shrink plastic both inkadinkado.

Dream

Hi all it's great to be back blogging again, we had a few
computer problems but it's all systems go again.

Today's card is for Sweet Pea Stampers they want to see
brads or bows or both
.
I'm also entering it into the Magical Monday challenge
which is back to nature.

The stamp i have used is from sweet pea it's called
Purple comfort, i have coloured her with promarkers.
The sentiment is also from Sweet pea and stamped in eggplant
versamagic dew drop ink pad.
The paper is from a forever friends paper pad.
I made the flower out of the same paper by punching out
flower shapes, fastening them together with a brad,
wetting it then shaping it carefully and letting it dry.
The colour scheme all came from the ribbon i got it from a
bargain bundle from the market, i love it, it has wire down the edges
so its great for getting shape.
The trellis is punched from an ek success punch and the branches
are from my good old Martha Stewart punch.

I've missed being able to browse through all your lovely blogs,
I'm off now to check out all the next challenges
